How to proceed

In a series of meetings, we look at how you currently work and agree with your team what should be retained and which elements require improvement. We initially emulated the basics of the existing systems and developed the enhancements in WiredContact.

Each stage of the deployment is documented, tested and signed off. Because your staff will be involved in the migration, they will quickly become proficient in using the system thereby ensuring commitment to the project.

Set-up the database

The installation is in the WiredContact data centre to ensure high availability and performance. If you are using Sage accounts then accounts will remain in your Clients office and used as normal with orders (invoices) being pulled in periodically where they are received as un-posted invoices so they can be reviewed before the accounts team “post” the invoices to the sales ledger and email the client.

Agents can prepare multiple quotes throughout the day, these can be edited in the office and on-site using “tablets”, the Quotations can (if needed) become “sales opportunities” which can be reported against. The quotations can optionally age and become stale or they are progressed then once accepted by the Client they are “released” to Accounts with a simple tick in a box which changes the status of the Quotation from Open to Won. Once the Building Control testing stage is complete the certificate management process in invoked.

The agent who brought in the new deal can see the status of the case as it progresses and can see if payments have been made from within WiredContact.

Access

Different levels of access can be deployed – everyone sees everything or on a need to know basis.

Layouts can be adapted to your exact requirements so that everyone sees what they need from where they need it.

Using a hosted service ensures higher levels of availability than self-hosted systems.

Dial from screen is possible with our VOIP system.

All “Work in Progress” can be made visible on a simple dashboard if required.

The ability to edit contractual details or property details are restricted to only those with working knowledge of the property or contract thus ensuring SLA’s can be adhered to.

Handover

Typically, administration of a system on a daily basis is transferred to the client after a couple of days with full control as needed.

As a hosted CRM provider we remain available and offer support for the system and any integrations.

As a Client you will have a lot of control over the system and can create new fields, drop downs, and reports as needed. We will manage the servers and backups.
