Deployment process

Initial web Meeting

Look at and understand your business procedures, understand your current issues and objectives, demonstrate that your required features are already available.

Training of Users

Allow at least 1 hour per team member. Delivered as needed in short sessions without travel costs using WebMeetings enabling on the job learning.

Initial Development

Install and customise as needed, we invite your team to be shown how to adapt the installation. Hand over control to your team or our engineers can be retained to manage the installation.

Training of your Administrators

This varies from site to site and depends on available skillsets. Allow at least two hours to ensure you have absolute control over the system.

Initial Deployment

Work with your users to ensure all users have exactly what they require in terms of ability to input and that required outputs are readily available.
